Battlestate Games announced on October 15, 2025, that the Steam version of “Escape from Tarkov” has surpassed 500,000 wishlist additions.
The release is scheduled for November 15, just like the full game version.

Additionally, Battlestate Games has started accepting requests to link Steam accounts with existing Battlestate Games accounts. This allows progress to be shared between the official website version and the Steam version, so players considering a transition to Steam should go ahead and set up this linkage.

Note that even if you’ve already purchased the official website version, you’ll still need to buy any edition of the game on Steam in order to play the Steam version. Since higher-tier editions take priority, a player who owns The Unheard Edition through the official site can access it regardless of purchasing the Standard Edition on Steam.
