Today (October 17, 2025), Q-Games has released the “Dreams of Another ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK” on multiple streaming services, featuring music from the game Dreams of Another (PC / PS5).
Dreams of Another is an action-adventure game where players advance the story through dialogue with mysterious characters and objects. The world players explore is a hazy, unstable space that gradually takes shape and becomes more defined as the player fires shots—transforming “shooting” from destruction into creation, offering a unique gameplay experience.
The music was composed by director Baiyon. This deep integration between game design and sound enhances immersion, allowing fans to dive even deeper into the game’s world. The release statement below includes comments directly from Baiyon himself—be sure to check them out if you’re interested.

Since its release, the game has drawn significant media attention with praise such as: “Enchanted by its layered storytelling and unforgettable visual design,” “The emotional power of this game’s message will stay with you for life,” and “It makes you reconsider what it truly means to play.” The game won three awards at the NYX Game Awards, including in the Visual Art category, and also received two honors at Bit Summit: the GameSpark Award and Best Visual Design.

It’s rare for a game director to also handle sound design—and even rarer for a musician to simultaneously craft art and narrative. Baiyon, who began his career as a musician and has since worked across diverse media, delivers an integrated experience combining games, art, music, and storytelling that’s been widely celebrated.
The album features 41 tracks showcasing varied styles—such as “A Farewell Redrawn,” inspired by piano practice sounds from elementary school music rooms, and “The Reversal River,” which involved recording natural sounds like water and rubbing stones together after traveling through his own memories. All are now available across streaming platforms.
● Director Baiyon’s Comments
For this project—where I took on direction for game, art, sound, and even script—I had to compose music tailored to the emotions, atmosphere, and mood of each scene. This required a fresh approach compared to my past work.
A key theme was conveying the instability, ambiguity, and transience of dream worlds by deliberately avoiding over-polished production. While this posed challenges for me as a musician, I aimed for fluid, organic music rather than tightly scripted arrangements.
As a result, many unique tracks emerged—some using everyday object sounds alongside instruments. You might find yourself wondering, “What exactly is that sound?”—and enjoying the mystery. Be sure to listen to this special soundtrack crafted specifically for Dreams of Another.
