Sega has announced that its upcoming game, “Create a Pro Soccer Club! 2025,” will be delayed to early 2026 and renamed to “Create a Pro Soccer Club! 2026” (available on PC [link], PS5 [link], PS4 [link], iOS [link], Android [link]). The announcement was made during the game’s first official program, “SakaTsuku TV #1.”

The delay is due to feedback received from the closed beta test, with the goal of improving the overall product quality. In the CBT survey, the overall satisfaction rate reached 89.0%, and the satisfaction rating for the SakaTsuku mode was 90.7%.

However, the satisfaction rates for the World Premier Cup (51.6%) and Tour modes (56.2%) were notably lower, indicating areas needing improvement.

The development team noted issues with balance adjustments and a high barrier to entry before players could start enjoying gameplay, leading some managers (players) to quickly return to the SakaTsuku mode. Additionally, a significant number of respondents indicated they had not played certain features at all—suggesting many were unable to access them initially.

The development team plans to address these issues through difficulty adjustments and changes to rewards, ensuring players feel more motivated to engage with different game modes.

New features planned for the final release include added save slots for SakaTsuku mode, a new clubhouse facility that enhances training effectiveness and provides fatigue recovery benefits, as well as a private tournament function.
