PLAYISM has announced today (October 17, 2025) that the Nintendo Switch version of “[Maid Cafe at Electric Street]” will be released on February 26, 2026. The game will be available as both a digital download and in physical box versions.
The price for the digital version is ¥2,480, the standard physical edition is priced at ¥3,850, and the limited edition—including an art book and sound track CD—is available for ¥6,380 (all prices include tax). Meanwhile, the PC version was released on Steam in November 2024 and has received strong praise.

PLAYISM released “Maid Cafe at Electric Street” on November 18, 2024. This adventure game lets players become the manager of a maid café in Nipponbashi—the otaku district of Osaka—enjoying a relaxed daily life. As someone who once worked in Nipponbashi’s otaku scene, I’ll be sharing my play report.

Indie game publisher PLAYISM (https://playism.com/) (operated by Active Gaming Media Inc.) is pleased to announce the release of “Maid Cafe at Electric Street,” a maid café slow-life adventure developed by Shanghai-based indie developer Adventurer’s Tavern, for Nintendo Switch on February 26, 2026.
The game will be available as both digital and physical editions (standard and limited). Pre-orders for the physical version are now open starting today, October 17. Limited edition and special-priced standard editions with bonus items are strictly limited in quantity—early pre-order is highly recommended.
“Maid Cafe at Electric Street” was first released on Steam (PC) in November 2024. The game features the otaku district of Osaka, “Nipponbashi,” beautifully rendered through charming pixel art, and cute maid characters that delight fans of otaku culture—earning it a “very positive” user review rating.
The game also includes real-world store tie-ins and collaborations with well-known indie games, creating an immersive experience as if you were actually walking through Nipponbashi. We highly recommend this title to all Nintendo Switch players.

After suffering burnout from a brutal corporate job, you meet Shiro, a sweet and adorable maid. You initially take on the role just because it covers your basic needs—but as days pass with quirky maids like Miu, Fafuna, and Honomi, your life—and “Fuwafuwa”—gradually comes back to life through growing connections with people in Electric Street.
This story-driven adventure lets you enjoy a relaxed daily life at the maid café “Fuwafuwa,” set against the backdrop of Osaka’s otaku district, Nipponbashi. Brew a cup of coffee and unwind as you immerse yourself in heartwarming storytelling.
Daily stories with four heroines around Café Fuwafuwa
Go shopping together, watch movies side by side, sing karaoke, exchange gifts—your choices as manager shape your relationship with each heroine and influence the story’s outcome.
