According to a report by South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency on October 17, 2025, the Industrial Technology Security Investigation Team of Seoul Police Agency has handed over Park Byung-ryeom, CEO of Dynamis One, and related individuals to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors Office in a house arrest form following an investigation.
Park is suspected of unlawfully taking assets from an unreleased new game currently under development at Nexon Games upon his departure from the company prior to founding Dynamis One.
The investigation began in February this year, and this handover likely reflects that evidence has sufficiently accumulated regarding potential violations of unfair competition laws.
