Smilegate Megaport today (October 17, 2025) released an animated PV for the character “Haru” from its upcoming smartphone app “Chaos Zero Nightmare” (iOS / Android / PC).
The released PV portrays Haru, a student disciplinary committee member at the academy, overcoming her trauma and showcasing intense battle scenes using her giant anchor-shaped weapon, “Power Anchor.” Haru is an upbeat and gentle character with a surprising love for eating—she’s quite the glutton.
In combat, she can enhance the damage of her attack cards through skill cards. Her signature move, “Anchor Shoot,” grows stronger each time it’s used, allowing her to deal massive damage.
Chaos Zero Nightmare is a dark fantasy RPG that combines deck-building mechanics with roguelike elements. It’s scheduled for release on October 22.

Smilegate Megaport announced on Friday, October 17, that it has released an animated PV for the in-game character Haru from Chaos Zero Nightmare (hereafter referred to as “CZN”), a new RPG developed by SUPER CREATIVE.
The PV, released at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 17, via the official CZN YouTube channel, depicts Haru—a cheerful female student—as she overcomes her trauma and engages in intense combat using her anchor-shaped weapon.
Haru appears as a disciplined committee member during her time at the academy. She is portrayed as a girl with a bright smile and a calm personality.
Despite her gentle appearance, she has an enormous appetite, and her weapon of choice is the massive anchor-like “Power Anchor.”
As a combatant exploring chaos alongside the player character “First,” Haru possesses various attack cards such as “Anchor Shoot,” “Anchor Pointer,” and “Power Charge.” Her key feature lies in using skill cards to boost her attack card damage, especially with “Anchor Shoot,” which grows stronger each time it is used, enabling devastating damage.
Additionally, starting Monday, October 20, character profiles and combat motion videos for Haru will be gradually released through the official social media channels and community platforms.
