LoadComplete has unveiled a demo for its upcoming title “Crusaders Quest: Merge Chess” (available on PC / Mac) at today’s (October 14, 2025) Steam Next Fest event. The official release date for the full version will be announced shortly.
This game is an “auto battler strategy game” featuring characters from the popular smartphone app “Crusaders Quest.” It includes 12 factions and six classes of warriors. Players can build their own unique decks using these characters, battle enemies, and attempt to rescue a goddess who has been abducted.

Key highlights include the ability to summon higher-rank warriors more easily by continuously gathering blocks of the same shape, and upgrading warriors to stronger ones when collecting those of the same rank. The game also offers strategic depth, allowing players to tailor their decks based on matchups against opponents.
