HoYoverse today (October 15, 2025) launched the event jump “Destroying the Evils of the Eight Wastes” in the space fantasy RPG “Honkai: Star Rail” (PC / PS5 / iOS / Android), introducing a new limited five-star character: “Danheng • Tenghuang” (CV: Kentarō Ito).
Danheng • Tenghuang’s archetype is Preservation, with the element Physical, and is a defensive character skilled at summoning the “Dragon Spirit” to deploy barriers.
During the concurrent event jump, “The Shadow That Defines Time,” the limited five-star light cone “Beyond Mountains and Rivers Across Ten Thousand Miles” is featured in the spotlight.
Alongside the event jump launch, a free distribution for Danheng • Tenghuang has also begun. Players who have reached Exploration Level 3 can receive Danheng • Tenghuang (CV: Kentarō Ito) and supporting cultivation materials. The distribution period runs until March 11, 2026, at 7:59.
The revival spotlight for the limited five-star character “Anaikeus” has also begun. The motif light cone of Anaikeus, “Life Shall Be Consumed by Fire,” is also undergoing a revival.
The new event “You Can’t Laugh Challenge” has also begun. This event features characters who have awakened as comedians, battling advancing enemies through comedic prowess.
