Independent developer Momoi Mioko announced today (October 15, 2025) the release of Parasite Garden via Novel Game Collection (external link: https://novelgame.jp/games/show/12455). The game is free to play.
This game is an adventure where you live with twin girls gradually consumed by a mysterious parasitic organism, and must choose which one to save over the course of six days. It features two main parts: lighthearted daily interactions filled with humorous banter, and exploration segments that delve into the unsettling state of the world and the characters’ pasts.

The elder sister, Iena, is a cheerful, slightly brash girl; the younger sister, Nina, is a laid-back cynic. To save one of them, you must have one devour the other’s heart—there is no route where both survive.
There is only one main ending for each character, and once chosen, there’s no option to return and restart from earlier choices.

Independent developer Momoi Mioko announces the release of Parasite Garden today, October 15, 2025. In this game available through Novel Game Collection, players experience everyday life with twin girls afflicted by a mysterious parasitic organism and must decide which one to save within six days. The game is free (additional paid livestreams or content may require separate purchase). Browser version requires Chrome; downloadable version runs on Windows (64-bit).
Parasite Garden is a rescue-choice adventure where players alternate between light-hearted daily interactions with the twins and investigative exploration into the world’s ominous state and each character’s past—leading inevitably to an agonizing decision.
Each day begins with eating bread, attending classes, relaxing, then gathering together for dinner. These ordinary days will end after five more days have passed.
The only way to save one of the girls is by having her consume the other’s heart. There is no path where both survive.
The main ending (END1) is irreversible: you can only see the ending corresponding to whichever girl you choose to spare. Once your final choice is made, there’s no returning to previous options.
After six days of choices and emotional weight, what will you feel—and what decision will you ultimately make?

Iena (CV: Yaginagi), the elder twin, is a cheerful, slightly cheeky girl. Though physically 11 due to parasitic effects, she’s actually 18. She enjoys fashion and being excited about her favorite idols—very much embodying typical teenage energy. While usually absorbed in idol activities, it seems there may be someone else on her mind beyond just her idol…
Nina (CV: Honda Kanami), the younger twin, is even more bold than Iena. Always calm and sarcastic, she’s often called “crazy” by her sister. Though also appearing 11 years old at age 18, she occasionally speaks with adult maturity and displays sharp insight—but she also has a habit of slacking off, earning frequent scolding from the protagonist.
