In this article, we’re bringing you a photo collection of the beautiful companions and cosplayers who attended Tokyo Game Show 2025 in September 2025—finally after an impressive six-year hiatus. The collection features 420 photos, so prepare for a whirlwind.

The photos were taken throughout Makuhari Messe on the first day of the event, September 25th. That said, photography depends heavily on chance encounters—we understand if you’re saying “She wasn’t there!” or “I wasn’t there!"—we apologize in advance!

Let us clarify in advance with a little excuse. The 4Gamer tradition of the “Companion & Cosplayer Photo Collection” has not been published annually since Tokyo Game Show 2019, which means this is our first one in six years.

Why did it stop? Well, due to the pandemic in 2020, Tokyo Game Show 2020 was canceled for offline participation—and we had no choice but to break tradition…but. Other media outlets resumed their coverage the following year. Why didn’t we?

Yes…we forgot, didn’t we? Hehe. We’re deeply sorry.

And another thing: in the past, we used to read readers’ minds—yes, with ancient magic known as “ZIP file, please!”—and deliver all photos compiled into a single ZIP file. Sorry again.

Due to current compliance concerns and regulations, we’ve decided not to do that this year. We hope you understand our decision…
