"CODE VEIN II" Releases Story Trailer Featuring Vampires Encountered in the Past 100 Years and Their Dramatic Tales

Bandai Namco Entertainment today (October 10, 2025) released the story trailer for its upcoming dramatic exploration action RPG “CODE VEIN II”, scheduled for release on January 29, 2026 (January 30 for PC), available on PlayStation®5 / Xbox Series X|S / Steam®.

The video introduces scenes where characters journey to the past 100 years ago in a mission to save the world, featuring various vampires they meet along the way, their bonds, and dramatic stories entwined with fate and choice.

You can also witness action sequences of protagonists teaming up with vampire allies from the past, encounter uniquely designed enemy characters awaiting them, and experience some character voices revealed for the first time, as well as an epic musical score composed by Takahiro Shiina—be sure to check it out!

The story trailer highlights the bonds formed between vampires encountered on a mission to travel back 100 years into the past, as well as dramatic narratives involving fate and choice. Luu Magmell [CV: Maika Ise]
The protagonist’s twin from beyond time

A vampire girl who revived the protagonist after he died on a mission as a vampire hunter by giving him her heart. She possesses a unique ability to trace human emotions and travel through time. Shouldering the mission to save the world, she journeys into the past alongside the protagonist.

Heir to the ancient Voda family, one of the most powerful vampire clans. He once oversaw Magmell, a former research facility dedicated to esoteric arts, and continues conducting studies into ancient techniques. He also serves as an arbitrator between vampires and humans.
