C2 Agency announced today (October 8, 2025) that the new feature “No-Dispense Mode” will be implemented in “KanColle Arcade,” a collaboration between Sega and Sega Fave, effective October 9. This measure has been taken due to the discontinuation of raw materials required for producing shipgirl cards, making continued card production difficult.
To all Commanders currently stationed at “KanColle Arcade”:
Thank you sincerely for your love and support of “KanColle Arcade.”…

KanColle Arcade is an arcade game that launched on April 26, 2016. It evolved the graphics of the browser-based title “Kantai Collection -KanColle-” into full 3D and offers unique features exclusive to arcade cabinets, such as specialized controllers and the ability to collect physical shipgirl cards.
In conjunction with the introduction of No-Dispense Mode, C2 Agency is urging commanders (players) to limit their card dispenses to only what’s absolutely necessary. While no shipgirl cards will be dispensed under this mode, gameplay itself remains unchanged and enjoyable as before.
With the 10th anniversary approaching next year, the goal is to manage remaining shipgirl card inventory responsibly and extend service life as long as possible.
The configuration of “No-Dispense Mode” may vary by location.
Please check the display on the arcade cabinet or notice posters for information regarding this mode. We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting venues directly.
