RiceWine has today (October 8, 2025) announced that it will begin pre-orders for a special collaboration bottle with Japanese sake brand HINEMOS—named after time zones—with Persona 5 Royal (PC / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S / Nintendo Switch / PS4 / Xbox One), starting October 10 at 9:00 PM via a dedicated sales website. Delivery is expected by early December.
The collaboration bottles are available in three variants featuring the main protagonist, Kasumi Ayase, and Goro Akechi. As a bonus for purchasing the 3-bottle set, a mini bottle of Morgana is included.
The bottles utilize screen printing directly onto the glass, ensuring that the design remains intact even after washing post-consumption.
The protagonist’s bottle features a rich, full-bodied dry sake with crisp finish; Ayase Kasumi’s bottle offers a rosy-hued sake with a sweet first touch and a refined dry aftertaste; Akechi Goro’s bottle is a cloudy sake that balances a smooth mouthfeel with dry sharpness. Morgana’s bottle is described as a fruity-smelling sake, perfectly complementing sushi.
Each individual bottle is priced at 6,600 yen (tax included), while the three-bottle set costs 16,500 yen (tax included).

The “Persona” series is a juvenile RPG set in modern-day Japan, where players experience everyday life—school, friendship, romance—while also confronting mysterious rumors and urban legends. It follows young people who awaken their inner “Persona” (a manifestation of another self appearing as gods or demons), face countless challenges, grow together, and ultimately find strength.
Meeting with HINEMOS
HINEMOS is a new sake brand launched in 2019, built around the concept of time. Inspired by the desire to make sake more accessible and enjoyable for everyone, HINEMOS uses “time”—a universal human experience—as its core theme, naming each product after actual hours such as “SHICHIJI” or “HACHIJI.”
In “Persona 5 Royal,” a young boy transfers to a high school in Tokyo under unusual circumstances and begins having strange dreams.

To fulfill his redemption, and to save people from evil desires, he lives as a student during the day and becomes a phantom thief at night, meeting many individuals and forming deep bonds.
Inspired by this dual experience of shifting between day and night—a core element in the game’s storytelling—HINEMOS created these symbolic bottles and sake to deepen players’ immersion. This collaboration was born from that idea.

While most sake use labels affixed to bottles, these collaboration bottles feature direct screen printing onto glass.
