Tom Create today (October 9, 2025) launched the digital-only release of its Nintendo Switch game “Neffy: The Luminous Maze X.” The game is priced at 2,300 yen (tax included), and until November 4 at 23:59, it will be available at a special 30% discount for just 1,600 yen (tax included).
This title is a port of the VR-compatible game originally released on January 24, featuring cat-eared girl Neffy (voice actress: Shiho Izawa) and teaming up with her summoned legendary hero, Novaless, to journey through a mysterious labyrinth sealed by the power of the “Goddess of the Blue Moon.” Players alternate between controlling Neffy, an apprentice shrine maiden, and Novaless, her summon, using each character’s unique abilities—such as manipulating puzzles or transforming into a cat to climb high places—to solve the maze’s challenges.

Game Overview
“Neffy: Luminous Maze X” is an action puzzle game where players journey through a fantastical labyrinth alongside Neffy, the cat-eared girl (voice actress: Shiho Izawa). Originally developed for VR, this title has been optimized specifically for Nintendo Switch, making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone. The character design for Neffy was created by illustrator October 10.
◆ Solve the maze from two unique perspectives
Players switch between controlling apprentice shrine maiden Neffy and her summoned legendary hero Novaless. From Novaless’s perspective, players use immense strength to move large mechanisms and gather “Moon Power” to pour into statues of the goddess, clearing new paths. From Neffy’s viewpoint, players navigate narrow passages and transform into a cat to scale high ledges—enabling exploration-focused actions. Mastering both characters’ abilities is key to unraveling the maze’s mysteries.
◆ Touch interaction unlocks adventure possibilities
A signature feature of this game, “touch interactions,” trigger when the player touches Neffy. Petting her restores health, and transforming her into a cat allows crossing high gaps.
Neffy responds with adorable voice reactions to the player’s touch, creating an immersive experience that feels like truly sharing an adventure together.
