The Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) today (October 9, 2025) announced 20 of the 24 titles that will be featured in the world’s largest esports tournament, the Esports World Cup 2026 (EWC 2026). The remaining four titles are scheduled to be revealed within the coming weeks.

The EWC 2026 is set to take place from July 6 to August 23, 2026 (local time) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The titles announced this time include tactical shooters, battle royales, MOBAs, fighting games, and strategy genres—continuing the lineup from EWC 2025—as well as chess, all of which have gained global popularity.

These participating titles are made possible through partnerships with Activision Blizzard, Capcom, Chess.com, Electronic Arts, Garena, Krafton, Moonton, Riot Games, SNK, Smilegate, Tencent, Ubisoft, and Valve.

At EWC 2025, participants from 100 countries—including 2,000 players across 200 clubs—competed in 24 titles and 25 tournaments for a prize pool exceeding $70 million. The event was broadcast in over 140 countries, attracting more than 750 million viewers and accumulating over 350 million hours of viewing time, with attendance reaching 3 million people.
