Frontier Works announced today (October 9, 2025) that a talk event featuring the creator of the horror game “Aquarium Doesn’t Dance,” Daidai, will be held on October 25th at 21:45 at Sunshine Aquarium.

This event commemorates the collaboration between this title and Sunshine Aquarium — the experiential horror aquarium exhibition titled “Sunshine Aquarium × Aquarium Doesn’t Dance: The Awakening Aquarium”, which runs from October 10 to November 3.

An invitation campaign for the event will begin on October 17 at 18:00 and end on October 21 at 18:00. To apply, follow Frontier Works’ official X account, repost the campaign post, connect your X account via the URL in the post, and check your results. If selected, you must register participant information through a dedicated form — please don’t forget this step.

With over 700,000 total downloads, the free horror game “Aquarium Doesn’t Dance,” created solo by author Daidai — a person who dislikes horror — after eight years of development and completion. In celebration of the collaboration event “Sunshine Aquarium × Aquarium Doesn’t Dance: Experiential Horror Aquarium ‘The Awakening Aquarium’” (running October 10 [Fri] to November 3 [Mon, National Holiday]), we are pleased to announce that a talk event featuring author Daidai will be held on October 25th (Sat)!

You visit Sunshine Aquarium.
While admiring elegant fish and jellyfish swimming gracefully, a mutation occurs — you become lost in a terrifying aquarium…
As you wander through the halls, tanks glow intensely, and two girls named Suzu and Retro appear from within them.
