Sony Interactive Entertainment has published an official developer interview for “MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls” (PC / PS5; hereafter referred to as “Marvel Fight Souls”) on its official blog, PlayStation.Blog, released on October 3, 2025. The game is scheduled for release before the end of 2026.

This title is a 4-on-4 team-based fighting game featuring characters from the Marvel IP, including Spider-Man and Iron Man. Development is handled by Arc System Works, known for the Guilty Gear series.

The interview features Takashi Yamada, producer at Arc System Works; Kazuki Sekine, game director and lead battle designer; and Ryan Beard, senior producer at SIE PlayStation Studios XDEV. They discuss the project’s inception, creative vision, and insights into playable characters such as Spider-Man and Ghost Rider, which were showcased during Tokyo Game Show 2025.
