Sega today (October 3, 2025) launched a limited-time collaboration event titled “Hatsune Miku Festival” in Sonic Racing CrossWorlds for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The event runs until October 6 at 8:59 AM JST.
During this event, players can earn festival points to unlock exclusive in-game items such as Hatsune Miku stickers and horns. The event features an online race divided into three teams competing for the highest combined score, with special rules like “Just pull off air tricks!” also introduced.

Sega Corporation is launching the special collaboration event “Hatsune Miku Festival” for its highly praised game, Sonic Racing CrossWorlds, starting today, October 3, 2025 (Friday). During the event period, players can earn festival points to receive exclusive in-game items only available through this collaboration. The game has received an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating on Steam and maintains a user score of over 9.0 on review aggregation site Metacritic—earning strong support from many players as of October 3.
Launching Today: Collaboration Event “Hatsune Miku Festival”!
Today marks the start of a special event celebrating our collaboration with Hatsune Miku. By earning festival points during the event period, players can unlock unique in-game rewards.
