HoloLive's Kaen Aoi graduates today, does not return after suspension of activities

Cover-operated VTuber agency Hololive Production announced today that Hiodoshi Aoi, a member of the VTuber group hololive DEV_IS’s ReGLOSS, has officially graduated.

Aoi debuted on September 9, 2023, as a talented and handsome manga artist known for her husky voice.
In March 2025, she took a hiatus due to being diagnosed with adjustment disorder, entering recovery treatment. Since then, no official announcement of her return has been made—leading to this current statement.

Additionally, on the occasion of this announcement, a farewell post was published by a manager on Aoi’s X (formerly Twitter) account.

The message reads: “Though our time together was short, being part of ReGLOSS and spending time with Hololive felt like a dream. Thank you so much for meeting me. I vow to continue loving my readers from now on—don’t ever forget this promise we made, the one between No.1 handsome guy Aoi and you! It’s bittersweet saying goodbye, but see you again someday?”
