KADOKAWA has today (September 26, 2025) released the Japanese translation of the graphic novel “Dead by Daylight: Region Story” (original work by BEHAVIOUR), based on the hit multiplayer horror game “Dead by Daylight” (available for PC / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S / PS4 / Xbox One / Nintendo Switch). The price is 1,034 yen (tax included).

“Dead by Daylight” is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game featuring one killer versus four survivors. The killer aims to eliminate all survivors, while the survivors strive to escape from a realm ruled by a malevolent entity. Each character in the game has a detailed backstory.

“Dead by Daylight: Region Story” tells the origin of the serial killer cult known as Region—a group that appears within the game’s universe. Set in the forgotten and monotonous town of Almond, it chronicles how four troubled teenagers were driven to desperation and ultimately became “Region.”

As a limited-time bonus for initial shipments, each copy includes a serial code for a special exclusive item in-game: a rare “Demon-Repelling” item.
