Consumer-oriented girls' game brand "MintLip+" established; decision made to develop two completely new titles

On September 30, 2025, Edia announced the establishment of a new consumer-focused gaming brand: “MintLip＋ (Plus).”
MintLip＋ was established as a brand building upon the core theme of Team Entertainment, Edia’s subsidiary—“Let’s embark on a journey to a wonderful world spun from lips (Lip) and mint (Mint).” Leveraging its proven track record in drama CD production and music initiatives, MintLip＋ aims to expand into new IP development.
Two completely original girls’ games have been decided for development as part of this new initiative. Both titles are set to be released exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
While the actual game titles remain undisclosed, they have been announced under project names: Astraea and Invisible.
Astraea is a serious crime thriller, with original concept and scenario by Ren Gomon. Invisible features an original concept and script by Sō Ranada, centered around the theme of yōkai × smoke × ??? (to be revealed later).
Illustrators for both titles are yet to be announced—stay tuned for further updates.

Edia Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yoshinari Kajima, hereinafter “Edia”) announces the launch of its new consumer-focused game brand, “MintLip＋ (Plus).”
What is MintLip＋ (Plus)?
Rooted in Team Entertainment’s (“MintLip” label) theme—“Let’s embark on a journey to a wonderful world spun from lips (Lip) and mint (Mint)” — MintLip＋ has been established as a brand that builds upon existing strengths. Drawing from its extensive experience in drama CD production and music projects, the brand will expand into new IP development by bridging “CDs” to “games.”
Note: Titles under the “MintLip” label will continue to be released through that label.

Building upon our established expertise in creating emotionally nuanced stories through audio content, we are advancing toward experience-driven storytelling centered around games.

These titles will be led by director Aika Kuboshima—known for her work on currently released titles such as DIG-ROCK and Star Sign—with Ren Gomon serving as scenario writer for one title and Sō Ranada for the other.
