Today (October 1, 2025), Wizards of the Coast announced that pre-orders for their new trading card game collection “Secret Lair: Secret Scare Superdrop” for Magic: The Gathering will begin on October 14 at Rakuten Books.
This collection’s theme is horror, featuring cards from collaborations with iconic works such as the film and novel “Jaws,” the globally renowned heavy metal band Iron Maiden, and the 1990s toy phenomenon Furby.

This autumn, Magic: The Gathering welcomes a brand-new collection themed around horror. “Secret Lair: Secret Scare Superdrop” delivers thrilling cards inspired by fear and surprising collaborations—bringing suspense and excitement to your decks. This special Superdrop features an exclusive lineup celebrating the world of horror, available only in limited quantities.
