Toei Animation has today (September 29, 2025) released its new PC action game “[Momoka (wo) Wasshoi]” on Steam. The price is 500 yen (tax included), with a 20% discount available until October 13.
This title is based on a concept originally created by the anime staff of “Girls Band Cry” as a playful “prediction” of what the game adaptation might be like when the game’s development was first announced.
The gameplay is simple 2D side-scrolling run-and-jump action, in which players control Jinsei Nana and Anwa Subaru, overcoming numerous obstacles to deliver Kawaragi Momoka safely back to her sofa at home.
Additionally, the game immediately achieved first place on Steam’s “New Releases” trending list upon launch, drawing significant attention.
The “Momoka Wasshoi Demo Challenge” held at Tokyo Game Show 2025 gained attention for its extremely high difficulty, with a mere 4% completion rate. The full release includes an “extra mode” that is three times longer than the demo version.
