Season-based ranked battle with no gacha for characters

Game Director Shunichi Miki, who spoke at the beginning of the event, introduced the game’s development background and concept. The project originated from a YouTube channel initiative by Okamoto, with planning meetings also made public. Designed as an overhead-style multiplayer game based on the idea of “three teams of three players competing in capture-based action,” it emphasizes team strategy and dynamic gameplay.

Players compete in approximately 3-minute matches to collect “Elpis,” the game’s valuable resource, aiming to secure the highest amount and claim first place. Random elements during gameplay ensure that outcomes remain unpredictable until the very end.

After further meticulous collaboration between both parties, they ultimately created the iconic hit that sold over 2 million copies as a CD single.

The new collaborative track “Dancing Warriors in the Wind,” produced by Komuro for OVAL SISTEM, marks their first joint effort since “Love, Sorrow, and Strength.” Komuro revealed he included musical references to the earlier song as self-tributes.
