Wakuwaku Games today (November 7, 2025) announced that their new adventure game “Hyper Euphoria” will be released in spring 2026, and has launched its Steam page. The game will be available on PC (Steam) and Nintendo Switch.
This title is a retro-styled game that recreates the command-based adventure games popular in the late 1980s. Set across various locations throughout Japan, two protagonists with psychic abilities—Tenjou Mayuka and Tsuchigami Elizabeth—take on the challenge of solving a series of serial murders. The story is structured into three chapters, with an estimated playtime of around three hours. Players can enjoy nostalgic dot-pixel graphics and fast-paced dialogue scenes.

A body suddenly appears in Shizukogawa Park, H City, Saitama Prefecture—its torso violently exploded! The local police, convinced this is a murder committed using psychokinetic force, have called upon two teenage female detectives known as “Supernatural Investigators” to take on the case.
