Cygames has today (November 7, 2025) announced that it has reached a settlement regarding the lawsuit filed by Konami Digital Entertainment over Umamusume Pretty Derby (iOS / Android / PC) and the invalidation review request filed by Cygames.

Regarding this matter, Cygames has filed invalidation reviews on all 18 patents involved in the lawsuit since it was initiated on March 31, 2023.

Konami sues Cygames over “Umamusume Pretty Derby,” filing lawsuit alleging patent infringement
