Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A Launches Rank Battle Season 2 from November 6 to 26; Mafukushi Knight Available as S-Rank Reward

Pokémon has announced that the second season of ranked battles in “Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A” (Nintendo Switch 2 / Nintendo Switch) will run from November 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM to November 26, 2025, at 2:59 PM.

During Season 2, the “Mafokushinaito”, which cannot normally be obtained through regular gameplay, will be awarded as an S-rank promotion reward. Additionally, the “Gekkouganaito” will return as a Y-rank promotion reward. Players can challenge ranked battles by selecting “Play Online” → “Ranked Battle” from within the game’s menu.

The season rewards for achieving the highest rank, A-rank, include: 3 Dream Balls, 1 Golden Orb, 3 Silver Orbs, 3 Lightning Seeds, and 1 Big Gold Ball.

The ranked battles in “Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A” are a mode where four trainers battle each other in real time. Players earn points based on their rank and actions during matches, which accumulate to allow them to rise in rank.
