C4 Connect today (November 4, 2025) announced the start of a collaboration between its mobile RPG “Houchi Shoujo: The Blossoming Heroines of the Thousand Flowers” (iOS / Android / BROWSER) and the TV anime “Ranma 1/2.” The collaboration will run until December 4 at 23:59.
“Ranma 1/2,” one of the signature works by renowned manga artist Rumiko Takahashi—creator of “Urusei Yatsura,” “Inuyasha,” and others—is a comedic manga that humorously portrays the adventures of protagonist Ranma Saotome, who transforms into a girl when splashed with cold water and reverts to male form upon exposure to hot water. Originally adapted into a TV anime in 1989, it received widespread acclaim. In 2024, it was re-animated as a new series, and the second season is currently airing.
This collaboration features beloved characters from the original work—including Ranma and Tenchi Akane—dressed in unique original costumes, along with an exclusive event titled “The Girl with the Bell,” which allows players to obtain MR Deputy Commander “Shampoo.”

About the TV Anime “Ranma 1/2”
Based on the manga Ranma 1/2 by legendary artist Rumiko Takahashi, creator of works such as Urusei Yatsura, Maison Ikkoku, Inuyasha, Naruto: The Last, and MAO, this series is a completely new animated adaptation.
Originally serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday from issue 36 of 1987 to issue 52 of 1996, it remains one of the most popular manga ever created. The story begins when Ranma Saotome—son of martial artist Genma Saotome—and his father travel to the Tenchi household during their training in China. But what they find is a giant panda and an adorable little girl!? After undergoing intense training in China, Ranma develops a mysterious condition: he transforms into a girl upon being splashed with cold water, reverting back to male when exposed to hot water.
Ranma becomes entangled in the lives of colorful characters around him—laughing, crying, and even falling in love at times—making this an enduring, unbeatable martial arts romance comedy that has lost none of its charm over time.
