Today (October 31, 2025), 3goo has released the Season 5 update for the PS5 version of Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown.
This game is an open-world MMO racing title set on a faithfully recreated Hong Kong Island at 1:1 scale. Players can enjoy various content including races, luxurious lifestyles, social interactions with friends, avatar customization, joining clans, driving along its extensive 600 km of roads, and exploring the island. Over 100 vehicle models from more than 30 renowned manufacturers—including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, and Mercedes—are available.
In Season 5, the beloved “Taxi Mission” from the original Test Drive Unlimited returns. Players take on the role of a taxi driver tasked with safely delivering passengers to designated locations on the map within time limits. By providing smooth and safe rides, players earn rewards in the form of Solar Coins.
Additionally, a new feature called “Poker” has been introduced at the casino. Players can wager virtual currency and win exclusive prizes such as limited-edition vehicles or special cosmetic items for avatars and cars upon victory.
Furthermore, several new vehicles have been added, including the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera, Lamborghini Urus Graphite Capsule, De Tomaso P72, and Aston Martin Vantage GT3.
