semiwork has released the major update “The Monster Update” for its online cooperative horror game [R.E.P.O.] on October 30, 2025.

With this update, ten new monsters have been added, players can now interact with deceased teammates using battery power, and they can grab objects and items while tumbling. Additionally, several new features have been introduced, including upgrades such as “Death Head Battery” and “Tumble Climb,” along with new valuables and rooms.
