At both companies’ live events, flower stands ordered by fans were accepted by Flosta; however, during the performances, issues such as missing decorations and failure to install the stands were confirmed.
Flosta published a statement of apology on October 22, announcing that full refunds would be issued by the end of October.

However, it was later discovered through ongoing discussions that issuing refunds within the deadline is not feasible for Flosta.
Cygames announced that they will take over refund arrangements for affected customers. Further details will be communicated via a portal site and official X account as well as emails from Flosta.

Similarly, Sega stated that it is conducting serious discussions with Flosta and relevant parties. In the event that refunds are not carried out, the Project Sekai team will step in to handle refund arrangements on behalf of customers.

Additionally, for future events such as “Project Sekai COLORFUL LIVE 5th -Frontier-”, refunds will also be provided to those who ordered commemorative flowers through Flosta. The company further announced that it will change its approach moving forward by no longer restricting the selection of flower stand vendors.
