On October 29, 2025, Razer began pre-orders for its gamer-focused keyboard series, the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro 8KHz. Key features include the use of optical switches enabling Rapid Trigger and SOCD functionality, as well as support for a maximum polling rate of 8,000 Hz (USB report rate).

The lineup includes one full-size model and two tenkeyless models, with tax-inclusive direct sales prices of 41,880 yen and 36,980 yen, respectively.

The newly unveiled Razer Huntsman V3 Pro 8KHz is a specialized e-sports variant based on the 2023 release of the “Razer Huntsman V3 Pro”. As with its predecessor, it features Razer’s proprietary optical switch—the second-generation Razer Analog Optical Switch—maintaining support for Rapid Trigger (referred to as Snap Tap by Razer) and SOCD.

The main differences from the base model are reduced input lag due to 8K polling rate support, the ability to save up to four custom profiles for configuring which inputs take priority in Rapid Trigger setups, and an updated keycap surface treatment designed to be more wear-resistant.
