Kyuzan today (October 29, 2025) announced that it has received a license from Sega to release the browser game “MUSHInomics with MUSHIKING” in early November.

This game is a blockchain title based on the card game “Mushiking: The King of Insects.” It will be operated for approximately six weeks as a limited-time event, utilizing Oasys’ meme coin MUSHI.

The game features around 90 different insect cards, allowing players to collect and build decks for battle through its battle function, as well as compete for high scores during limited-time seasonal events.

Kyuzan Corp. is developing a blockchain game using “Mushiking: The King of Insects” and the MUSHI token!

Kyuzan Corporation (headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo; President & CEO: Takashi Tatsuo) announces that it has obtained a license from Sega Co., Ltd. (“Sega”) to develop a blockchain game titled “MUSHInomics with MUSHIKING,” based on “Mushiking: The King of Insects.”

This will be the first utility release for MUSHI, Oasys chain’s meme coin.
After its limited-time launch, the game is scheduled to run as an event for about six weeks. It aims to provide enjoyment not only to fans of “Mushiking: The King of Insects” but also to Web3 users.

Diverse Insect Cards That Bring the Game to Life

The game features approximately 90 distinct insect cards from past “Mushiking: The King of Insects” series, each with unique personalities. Players can acquire them via a “gacha” system by spending MUSHI or other resources to mint (issue) new cards.
Acquired cards are issued in the form of SBTs (Soulbound Tokens)—non-transferable and non-tradeable—allowing use for a limited duration.
The game gradually unlocks features such as deck-building battles and seasonal score competitions, expanding gameplay variety over time.
Note: Obtained insect cards cannot be permanently viewed after the event ends.

By building optimal decks from collected cards and executing smart “good win strategies,” players can achieve high scores.
These scores accumulate throughout each season, with final rankings determined by total score. At the end of each season, rewards are distributed based on final ranking.
