Today (October 23, 2025), Genki announced the release of a new free downloadable content (DLC) for the racing game “Shutoko Battle,” featuring hololive Production’s VTuber Chihaya Rindo as a rival competitor.
Chihaya Rindo will appear at Heiwa Island PA (downward direction), driving a customized car named “CHIHAYA,” based on the MAZDA RX-8 Type S. The vehicle features an eye-catching asymmetrical binal design.
Additionally, players can enjoy two original songs performed by Chihaya Rindo, specially composed as battle background music (BGM) for “Shutoko Battle.”

The first guest rival DLC released today features Chihaya Rindo as a playable rival character. She will appear in the game driving her custom vehicle, “CHIHAYA” (based on the MAZDA RX-8 Type S), at Heiwa Island PA (downward direction). Players can also enjoy two original songs performed by Chihaya Rindo, specially composed for “Shutoko Battle” and used as in-battle BGM.
